  Their machine was broken and their customer service was terrible - Willson parking operaters are not human and just want your money. Stay clear.

  Monitored car parks, and using ParkMate is super easy. Make sure you check the rates to see if its per half hour or hour, etc.

  .I parked in the Hobson st car park today, as an early bird at 8:15 this morning. I knew it was going to be a long day so I made sure to check what time I had to be out, i was told by staff member it was $22 till 8pm and $6.50 every half hour after! So I was exceptionally annoyed when I got back to pay for my parking at 8:30pm to find out it's actually cost me $48.50!! Absolute f'in joke! Have I known those 30 mins we're going to cost me $30 instead of $6.50 I would have got back earlier

  I choose this car park thinking it wouldn't be as expensive as Tournament, & usually Wilson are not expensive. To my horror when I paid for my park, 3 hours $45!!! Why is it so expensive?? I phoned the 0800 number who reckoned there was a sign displaying the parking charge rates, (I couldn't see one when I was there). I also let a fellow parker know how much I had just been charged to forewarn her. She also obviously didn't see any sign of the rates, aghast at the charge.
