  Very clean new and comfortable, just yuppy things missing ie . shampoo, not much in drinks and a shortage of glasses ,cups. Otherwise top accommodation for the price. Only four star cause not much view.

  Disgusted. Booked a twin room for $130 for one night. Was offered two single rooms instead which was fine however was woken just after 10pm and asked to move onto a mattress in the first room so host could accommodate a booking that had just shown up. Absolutely disgusted. AVOID THIS ACCOMMODATION. Only awarded one star as I couldn't post with no stars.

  Quiet and comfortable accommodation with kitchen (no oven but has hot plates). Microwave and full size fridge. Bathroom is fitted with rails etc for people with a physical disability or an elderly person. Good price and close to shopping. Only 25 mins from Dunedin.
