  Told them I had to re-locate and "updated" my address 3x, I needed to bring proof of documents that I'd already shown when I signed off in Whangarei and watched them scan on the day, they wrote me under my nickname and not my legal name and also gave me a different client number without telling me. Cannot update my details on the site at this time cos of technical errors and difficulties (page won't load). Overall I was patronised and talked to in a snooty kind of way when I did call and asked for jobs via phone.
