  My recent dealings sorting the affairs of a family member whose affairs became a bit messed up have been extraordinarily well handled...the four staff we needed to engage with have been a credit to the department and the Takapuna office. Thank you.

  Every time I have needed to go to WINZ I have found the staff to be kind, compassion, knowledgeable and very helpful. We are very fortunate to have such a department as well as the quality of people, that work there.
