  No sympathy, my brother came in to get a benefit to help care for our mother who had a brain tumor removed. Horrible staff member who belittled him and made an already sensitive situation worse.

  They try to humiliate and abuse people who are disabled, sick or weak. There is no accountability. If you are threatened, fill out a form and wait 3 months for a possible apology. This outfit should be shut down. I'm collecting names of really bad staff so they can be publicly shamed and black listed.
