  Had a fantastic experience with Josh this weekend. We had a stain on the carpet problem in the Office, and he was efficient and helpful, and the result was perfect! Very cost-effective as well.

  Wow, what a letdown. She didn't show up and not answering any phones either, leaving us in a real bind with one day now to find an alternative.
