  Really good hostel along Marine parade - central location and across the street from a great ice cream shop! Lovely lady running the hostel - incredibly warm and friendly. I'm a solo female traveller and felt good and safe here. I took a single room w shared bathroom - bed and pillow are comfortable. Clean big towel provided. Downside was being located next to the outdoor communal smoking courtyard which was a bit chatty at night (needed my window open for ventilation and as result bit louder). If you're a light sleeper - take a room away from the main road and courtyard. Bathroom is fine enough - clean and spacious. Building is a bit dated but this adds to the charm.

  Great location close to beach, shopping and restaurants. Quiet setting. All the amenities.

  Staff accueillant et chambres propres (en tout cas la nôtre). Parties communes très correctes également. Proche de la ville et de la prison de Napier.

  Good service and what you would expect from a hostel. Shared kitchen and bathroom/toilet which were alright. Bedding was provided but you had to provide your own amenities.

  Decent place with quiet residents which is a boon due to the paper thin walls. The place was ok. Very good for backpackers due to the services they provide.
