  Very expensive. Had new toilet installed at apartment premises to which their $535 toilet special was conveniently not applicable. Had two visits from this firm to which I asked to for a similar toilet with a rear floor based drain. They installed a rear horizontal outlet with an ‘S’ pipe.... I did ask to check that this was ok with Jody over the phone and she exclaimed it would be fine. They sent their second Plummer Cam Lindsay whom I found to be quite rude to install the toilet and subsequently care of this ‘S’ bend in the exit drain, I have found now that the toilet ‘trickles’ after each ‘visit’, like it is leaking....Not only that, I found (post this job) that Cam had the gall to bill me for sitting in his van with the replacement toilet as he travelled to our apartment. Also when questioning him on the mess and stains he made on my tiles - he then protested and billed me for 6 wet wipes to clean my tiles. If you use this firm, expect a more than hefty bill than what other so called satisfied customers have stated and ensure Cam is not the Plummer. If he is check the bill with him before he leaves. I complained about this and all they said was a 25 dollar credit. As if I’d use you again. Very disatisfied.
