  One of the worst petrol stations I have been to recently. Staff were mucking around outside on the forecourt throwing rubbish at each other with one of them even talking on their mobile phone! Meanwhile, cars are queuing up to pump gas unable to use the "latest innovation" being what they call the 'fast lane' - a lane dedicated to registered members only. For the 20+ minutes I was stuck waiting to pump gas, not a single car was registered to use it so that lane remained empty whilst everyone else had to line up and wait. A couple of people tried using it only to be told off harshly by staff which is just outright poor service. This lane should give preference to registered members sure, but don't deny its use to patrons that are waiting around when its free to be used. To make matters worse, two young drivers had decided to park their cars up at the exist and block any way out of the petrol station onto the main road. They did this and left their cars unattended whilst they remembered they needed to clean their windows or run inside for more food. Did the staff intervene and ask them to move? ...no they did not. They just continued mucking around. To add insult to injury, this gas station has one of the most expensive prices around the area. It is really shocking to see how bad this station has become as I used to come here very often when working in the city and it was 100% different back then. I don't know if its had a change in management or if it's just been neglected over the last few years, but I won't be going back here again.

  So this morning while getting gas and a coffee the server decides its a good idea to accuse me of not paying for my petrol the week before in front of a full line of customers, the line was full because only 1 out of 2 people at the counter are serving customers, after checking my bank statement I found that the embarrassment caused by her was not necessary at all because I paid in full, so I call the Z beach road and request a manager, the person they decided to put me on to is the thicko that accused me in the first place, upon telling her that my statement says I paid she tells me that I didnt? trust me I am pissed off and I often use this Z station as it is the closest to me, check your receipts when here that one staff member is completely incompetent and I plan on paying back the favour and embarrasing the hell out of her when I take my bank statement down there.

  This fuel station is the most appalling z station I have ever been to. The two guys that were working were not interested in the customer's they did not help or come to help while I was fueling up as they were not even busy, the guy at the counter called Kaldip or Kadip he was very argumentative and did not know what real customer service is. He made me go all the way outside to 'put the pump on properly' when it was already on properly. I am very busy and do not have time to argue with someone who should never argue with a customer in the first place I would give 0 stars for this gas station if i could, This is why i use Caltex around the corner as they are not as rude as your workers here.

  This pretrol station is expensive. 20c more than the others.

  Lacking any decent products of you need items, but they do great food, coffee and gas
