  Excellent service and a great range of bikes. Highly recommend checking them out if you're in the market for an e-bike, or a standard bike.

  I am really disappointed in this store. I bought a new ebike from them. The entire process was not good, but the worst thing was that I had taken my new bike away with me without riding it properly. That was a mistake. I discovered that the bike derailer had not been set up properly. I rang the store and they assured me that they had test ridden it. They clearly did not. At another shop I discovered that the front wheel was not on properly, the crossbar was not tightly secured, the chain had a link that had ceased, the carrier is bent, the gears had not been set up properly. I am lucky I was not hurt. The worst thing is they were more interested in defending their work than trying to understand the problem. Things go wrong but blaming the customer or trying to identify all the things I could have done rather than what they should have done is appalling. Sadly I would not recommend this store or their customer service.

  Had an issue with my bike so took it in. They told me they were too busy, and didn't even suggest a better day to bring it back in. It was weird, and I definitely won't go back.

  The team at 99 Bikes were incredible! Everyone was really helpful, gave great advice, and got me sorted with exactly what I was after. Pricing is very reasonable, too. Strongly recommend giving the shop a visit.
