::Ordered flowers online - took 2 weeks for delivery. When I phoned to complain, said it wasn't their fault. It was the website providers and there was nothing they could do about it. Could've been really awful if the circumstances had have changed since the order. Should've contacted as soon as problem noted, not just sent them. Never contacted - I had to make the contact. No refund offered either.
