  Gillian went above and beyond on helping us send flowers to our friends. Calling her from the states, and messaging through facebook, we knew we were in good hands with her professional recommendations and personalized service. She sent us pictures of the bouquet and some extra details that touched our hearts. She now has a dedicated customer and I highly recommend her services to anyone looking.

  Gillian was very responsive and quick to assist. When asked if I could drop in something additional to be delivered to the recipient along with the flowers, Gillian was happy to help. She even printed a poem for me that I emailed through to her, to be gifted along with the flowers. Very helpful overall.

  I live in the U.K and wanted to send my Mum flowers for her birthday - the 12 hour time difference usually makes contacting NZ quite difficult but this transaction was effortless as I was able to use Facebook Messenger. I received a prompt response, the flowers were a stunning arrangement - such a lovely touch to be sent a photo of the finished bouquet before it is delivered. Very professional and I will certainly be a repeat customer 😊

  Absolutley stunning arrangement of flowers. Called on a Saturday and Gillian was more than happy to help out on short notice and delivered a beautiful bouquet. My Gran was blown away. Wonderful to deal with, would highly recommend.
