  Very friendly & knowledgeable staff. The gym offers a variety of free classes/ challenges. Quite alternative & well equipped.

  Awesome Trainers and Staff, friendly and efficient service. Fantastic classes, up beat fun workouts and trainers, great music! I'm away at work conference and have so far done the 5 30pm Step and Combat classes, I've been made to feel welcome and the Trainers have made a point of noticing I'm new and made that extra contact to make sure I'm aware of keeping myself safe and working to my own abilities. Definitely recommend this place to get a good sweat on and a fun workout at, thanks heaps guys, you Rock!!! 😆 Donna

  Good gym at certain times, when it isn't too busy. So avoid 0600-0800 & 1650-1930 and you'll have a great time. Also there's a guy who trains chest in the squat rack on Mondays at about 1800. If Monday is your leg day avoid this time because he spends about 2 hours on the rack and he's a big angry looking fella too.
