  Haven't been able to make the other new classes in offer recently at 6am but yesterday at 8am I tried the new Kickfit. Wasnt sure..... I'm a puncher not a kicker 😁 but it was really good. Loved the format, doing something different, the exercise types (the kicking side was hard but achievable) and love that it's an hour. Set me up energized for the rest of my day and today I am satisfyingly sore in most areas but especially legs and chest which, to me, means mission accomplished. Awesome job PT Kayne and R2H (Melanie). Would recommend this class to anyone and everyone!!

  Such a supportive, non judgmental, family friendly place to work out! Everyone is always so positive and available to answer ANY question. A place that is fun fitness. Lots of choice around type of workout and times.

  Love the atmosphere and the fun classes...no mirrors a bonus!!! I am enjoying the boxfit and flexibility classes. Melanie and her staff always avaliable to give you a hand or some advice. My favorite Gym. :)

  Over the years I have been a member of many gyms, but none quite like Ryding2Health! If you are looking for a fun, non judgemental environment where members chat, laugh and encourage each other during classes, then this is the place for you! Children are welcome too! The best decision I've made in a long time. Come check it out - you won't be disappointed.
