  Rudest customer service. To the point my wife was actually shocked. And we were planning to use them as a supplier! Wasn't just a one off interaction. Don't want to name the individual publicly here but will be making a complaint.

  The worst towel service provide in Auckland in my opinion. We've been with them over a year and they never were able to get things right. Pick up and delivery was almost always the wrong quantities at the wrong times. If we didn't have a back up towels that we washed ourselves that would'e significantly effected out business.
