::ANZ bank is becoming an irresponsible Bank ANZ bank, you have been an irresponsible bank. I have been your client for more than 15years and you should know very well that im not the type of client that default on any responsibility. ANZ bank you have bad credited my name from no reason, I have paid you the full amount, you do not respond to any communication because you know very well that you were wrong , yet you will not correct your mistake and will not take an action. You have handed my profile to a very irresponsible organisation like the bellow name.... even though I offered to pay ANZ the money, there was no need for such an action. COLLECTION HOUSE NZ LTD IS THE MOST MISLEADING COMPANY IN NZ. They would promise something and do something else, ask for everything in Written. I have paid them the full amount as agreed, they say ANZ bank responsibility to remove your credit rating which was dishonest from ANZ from the first place. Spoke to ANZ and they responded that they already handed it to Collection house and they have nothing to do with it. I have paid the money, ANZ says they did not receive any thing, collection house claims that they have paid the money. neither of them is taking the responsibility and an ongoing circle of lies.... they got the money and its been nearly 3 months now and they did not change my credit rating as they promised . watch out for the fees as they promised that they will wave the fees if the full amount is paid, after I paid them the money they started to demand the fees and they claim that it is ANZ bank demands.... they have been reported to the Consumer committee , the banks ombudsman...... It is a shame on our politicians that they gave such an authority for such a dangerous companies. shame on you Collection house for being such a misleading company. shame on you ANZ for being such an irresponsible organisation.
