::Genuinely can not recommend enough. Just had the pleasure of dealing with Around the basin for the Gibbston bike wine tour for a party of 38 people. Not only did everything run smoothly, more notable was the customer service received from Lisa in the office & everyone else involved on the day. Would just like to extend my praise & gratitude. ::rented bikes for a day's cycle with my family last dec with the intention of a round trip cycle. really appreciated the impressive customer service and flexibility - when my family tired out in the early afternoon I called up and arranged for a return shuttle to pick us up from the next town.. and when we fell short of the arrowtown pickup point by the cut off timing, the office efficiently communicated our location (middle of nowhere) to the bus driver who managed to find us along the way! we were most relieved and left with fond memories of our miraculous rescue. thanks guys! and otherwise the bikes were great and smooth to cycle on

::Great fun. Took the all day tour to breweries and wineries from Arrow Town out to Gibbston Valley. Pickup was super convenient and all the folks I talked to were very friendly.

::We did the Full Day Winery Bike Tour and it was a highlight of our trip to Queenstown. The staff was excellent, and to be honest, the bike path was a little more challenging than I thought it would be. Once we got to the wineries, Gibbston Valley Cheesery and Peregrine Winery were definitely favorites. The ride is so beautiful and enjoyable - this is a must do if you're in Queenstown!
