Mixed review, had some great service from the sales team and from the mechs too. However did experience some poor service for a friend, the mech really couldn't be bothered. Take with a pinch of salt, it's a very busy time of year for these guys.

Visitor from Wgtn. Came in with skipping gears. Free of charge the guys retuned it and also pointed out what else might need servicing in the future. Couldn't ask for more!!! 🙌

Great range of sporting and outdoor goods. Staff are friendly but I wouldn't reccomend buying ski boots off them as the service was slow.

Bad experience with Torpedo7, I had only half a day to ride because I had to continue my trip to Christchurch the same day. I chose TORPEDO7 because the bike from the outside looked good and the publicity said that they gave you a body armor. When I arrived there they refused to give me the body armor. I rented the bike anyways because I did not have time to find another bike hire. I rode in the hobbit track and in the second lap my brakes started work very bad and I hit my head and spine into the rocks. That was 3 days ago and I still have a strong spine pain, that can be avoided if they give me a bike with good brakes and a body armor. If you go there I recommend checking the bike or go another place. I usually race Downhill in my country and think that the people of TORPEDO 7 are not aware that people that ride in hard tracks could have strong crashes for bike problems. Just my experience.
