  ASB staff are very friendly and went out of their way to help us open an account in a hurry after visiting four other banks who were unable to help us. Good on ya ASB!

  Wouldn't even rate these Jokers a ZERO star. A Few years ago I Set up an account with these guys and deposited $100 into this new account. A few months later i had $450 i wished to deposit into this account but they had no record of my account ever being set up - THESE BUGGERS STOLE $100 OF ME. Thieving Dogs.

  Dont answer phones. Called 6 times on mainline. Left voicemails on personal bankers line, called 4 times, nothing.

  Great staff. Every time I've had to come in for whatever reason they've always been super friendly and helpful. Often when I'm in they'll tell me about some other savings account, credit card or overdraft that I could do but it never feels like they're pushing anything on me or not being honest about. Now and then I'll get a call from someone from this branch with helpful information. Most recently checking if I was a student and informing me that non-students have fees on their credit card just incase I wasn't aware. Then telling me about some savings account with a higher interest rate than what I was currently on and would I like to switch.
