  ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING!! all i wanted was change for a $50 note yet the woman on the counter was engaged in what sounded like a personal conversion with a departing customer, worse still they actually CHARGE non-customers for what usually is a very straightforward process. Luckily ASB in the mall gave me change No gimmicks, No questions Asked.

  The best service, by far! :) Extremely impressed and thankful for the service we received here this week. We are new to NZ so we had no idea what to do with regards to getting our banking set up. Leo helped us get everything up and running super fast and efficiently. Simple. Fast. Happy. :)

  One of the worse bank I have ever seen in my life no one in teller and one of the girl just ignored me as I was waiting for last 25 minute this is happen second time same staff ignored me I just don’t like it. And I am with them last 15 years but now I just want to close my all account as I already moved in ANZ...
