::The car was wonderful and pick in Hamilton city went seemlessly, but drop off at the Dixon branch in Wellington was frustrating and confounding. There is only one bay for after hours return. Us and two others tried to return simultaneously and it was a nightmare trying to find space for everyone. Eventually a security person came to move the cars in but it severely impacted the experience of the rental.

::Really really appreciate the guy that helped us here! We checked out of our hotel and instead of lugging our huge bags around he let us leave them at the shop until we could pick up our car. He also gave us some names of places to check out and directions. Great service!
