::We booked and paid additional for the eco-friendly hybrid corolla but were given the standard corolla. We emailed their reservations team and they responded ‘ I have looked at your contract, and it does say that you were given one of our eco-friendly Toyota Corolla Hybrids. You may need to contact Wellington city to reconfirm but the contract does say a hybrid.’

::This is the worst car rental experience ever. I have rent car online, the money has took from my credit card, but we didn’t received any confirmed email or txt from buget. Then we went to the shop: one of the staff said: We didn’t receive you order, we will contact you when we receive it. When I collect car on next morning 9:30, the staff said our booking has been cancelled for whatever reasons and we should booking one more. We booking online in front of the staff desk, every information is complete, and they received the order immediately. But they said: something is wrong with the payment.

::This is the best service in New Zealand. We went there a few time and every time they were such a professional. There You can Fill a real hospitality and welcome. We used to do relocation from them to Auckland city. All cars was very clean and tidy, even for relocation. They do a great job there. Thank You for all guys.
