  I have advanced endo and Elizabeth has helped me pre and after surgery to get back to a normal life without pain. She has taught me about self love and how to take care of my body. She is a wonderful person. I would recommend her work to all women that have pain or want to get back to a balanced body.

  Arvigo massages are amazing. If you have any problem or pain, I highly recommend trying this massage. I could tell the difference already after one session. Elisabeth is wonderful masseuse and lovely person. She will make your belly happy.

  The session I received from Elizabeth was incredibly helpful. I had been suffering from a sharp pain in my neck, which she fixed within a minute of locating a subtle misalignment - one of those magical 'click' moments - I have not had any pain there since. She also managed to free me of tension I had somehow stubbornly been holding onto for years (despite yoga and various other attempts to resolve the issue myself) in my lower back and buttocks. She is clearly very experienced in her field of bodywork and I would not hesitate to recommend her services to anyone in need of a great massage or more specialized bodywork therapy. I felt very safe and nurtured in her hands. In addition to this, Elizabeth seems very knowledgeable on holistic health in general - she kindly took extra time to answer my questions on topics such as dietary choices or menstrual health. I appreciated her kindness, great work, patience and apparent passion for helping people find their way to health and optimal well-being. Thanks again Elizabeth!   Elizabeth is an incredibly skilled masseuse. At first glance, she was able to detect postural imbalances, and after one session, she completely relieved the built-up stress and tension in my back, hips, and shoulders. I was very impressed at how my posture improved after just one session, and I have never felt lighter in my life! She also made some very practical, preventative recommendations which has changed my life. I recommend Elizabeth 100%!

  Elizabeth is amazing - I always feel lighter and brighter after seeing her - she has helped relieve chronic pain in my neck, lower back and knees and I am so appreciative for this as I had previously thought nothing much would improve the situation. She is one of the best masseuses I have come across in 20 years. Highly recommended.
