::We experienced an amazing service from the Horizon staff team today. Our doctor had not provided the required detailed referral form for an ultrasound, but the friendly staff went out of their way to ring around to try and get the details to enable the appointment to go ahead which it did. It was well worth traveling from the Hutt Valley to receive both a timely appointment and such great service (the wait time in the Hutt for an appointment was four weeks, whereas Horizon had an appointment within a week of ringing. Thanks heaps!

::The last place you should consider getting your pregnancy scan done at. Unfriendly staff including the radiologist. They charge NZD10 for digital photographs whereas the other services around are giving the print outs for free. Extremely old and poor quality machines and screens, you'd never see your baby clearly.

::I would have been waiting another 2-3 weeks for another clinic to see me for a steroid injection in my elbow (already being in pain for 4 weeks) the staff here are great, Dr Billy made a very painful procedure (not gonna lie it hurts!) the best it could have possibly been, he informed me every step of the way what was happening, even making me laugh as the tears rolled down my face. Afterwards making sure that I was ok before leaving. I don't have any hesitation returning if needed in the future

::The entire experience was poor. Waiting for the two reception ladies to stop yakking about personal talk, and feeling like you've interrupted - based on her eye brow raising response. Appointment was late, yet no one was coming out and the scan was a 3 minute soulless experience. One star for efficiency.
