  Had a pretty horrible buying experience here. They didn't even consider refunding or replacing a faulty product - admittedly they at least tried to recreate the fault but couldn't do that. So that's worth a star. But I don't plan on returning here.

  Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Took responsibility of my 2 year old bike, which has bad brakes from start and replaced them with brand new ones for free. Have bought 3 bikes from them, Merida brand.

  Before Christmas I purchased 3 kids bikes from the Bike Barn at the top of Khyber Pass. The help I received was excellent. While on holiday over Christmas my sons bike took a knock and he was very upset. We were passing through Auckland for only 1 day so I rang and the guys were able to fix it for us that morning. Very kind and their flexibility was much appreciated.
