  About 4 weeks ago I purchased Magnum Mi5. EBIKES was a completely new area for me and I needed a lot of information before I invested in one. I visited quite a few retailers and had conversations with them. However, the professionalism and product knowledge that Michael had was just fantastic. There was no pushy sales pitch at any point. The most helpful part was allowing me to keep the demo bike for a couple days so I could ride it in to work and back - so I knew if I bought one - exactly what I would get out of it. Have to say, this is one of the best purchases I have made in a long time and having someone like Michael guiding me was absolutely fantastic.

  Wow ! Once in a while you meet a consummate professional who is expert, passionate and keeps true to his word - Micheal and his team did this and more as they pulled off the purchase of a new bike model with plenty of complexities introduced by me. I was really impressed and the bike is fabulous too!

  Have been incredibly impressed by the store and team at Urban Cleantech. After test-riding several models, we have been able to decide on an E-Bike that we like. Recommend to anyone wanting to buy an E-Bike.
