  Now I have to say that I definitely do not share the same view as Sam and his experience. I would have to say that my experience of Bunches Florist was outstanding. The web site was so so easy to navigate and with me running late for a flight I had more than enough time to check in whilst ordering the "MOST" amazing bouquet, as I was later informed by my also amazing PA! I will be back to purchase again, hopefully with a little more time on hand.

  Was very disappointed. My wife didn't received her flowers on valentine day. I placed an online order and paid almost $200 including delivery, the staff didn't answer my calls and I couldn't leave a voice message because the answering machine was full .I called on the 15/02/2018 and they said they will refund my money and send complimentary flowers to her as an apology but they never sent anything and they have still not issued the refund 3 days later. How rude is that ? I highly do NOT recommended and don't embarrass your self on a special occasion let to be out of pocket and standing empty handed. Your better off going to New world then to go with this shop
