  We purchased a lovely bouquet from here today. Friendly staff and prompt service. The place we bought them for said the bouquet was right on the mark. Wonderful business, highly recommended.

  Yesterday I received a floral gift pack from Juliette Florist and was very disappointed with the flowers. I could see the brown on the petals as the courier passed me the pack. As I walked down the hall to the lounge an orchid head fell to the floor. The arrangement was clearly not fresh. In addition, the sender was surprised to find that the fudge (as advertised) had been replaced with chocolate - I cannot eat chocolate. The remaining gift items were lovely however overall the package was disappointing.
