  Michael and the team are terrific. When we had to move away from Wellington, they did an incredible job of finding good people to live in and enjoy our first home. When it came time to sell that home a year later, they were incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with remotely. A real stress-free experience from start to finish. 'Care' is the absolute best way to sum them up!

  After selling our house in Auckland and moving to Wellington, we lived for 2.5 years in a rental managed by Care Property Management. Whenever we encountered an issue with the property, Michael &/or Shale immediately and effectively dealt with it to our satisfaction. When we recently found a suitable property to purchase, Michael clearly explained the process involved with dealing with the remaining portion of our fixed term lease. At a very reasonable cost he then undertook a process to find a replacement tenant to enable us to obtain an early release from the lease. We were impressed that Care provided timely notice when service providers would be undertaking regular maintenance of the gas appliances and to clear leaves from the spouting. Additionally, the Sustainability Trust were engaged to ensure the insulation met current regulations and corrective action taken to deal with any shortcomings. If any of our friends or relatives require a rental property, we will definitely recommend they attempt to select a property managed by Care Property Management. As a former and now present property owner, we know the value from undertaking regular preventative maintenance and were very impressed by the strict programme undertaken by Care Property Management. In summary, if you are a prospective tenant or landlord, we have no hesitation in recommending using Care Property Management.

  Great experience dealing with Shale, love my new property. Very understanding company who will work with you even when you don't appear to be the most desirable tenant on paper. Arrived at my new rental and the property manager was doing a full clean to make sure i was comfortable when I moved in! A+ would recommend.
