::Recommend steering well clear if you value service providers who are honest and actually communicate with their customers. I dropped a pair of jeans off to be repaired, and was advised that they would be ready for pick-up a week later. This was great news as I had an event the weekend after the pick-up date that I intended to wear the jeans to. A week later, on the day I intended to pick up the jeans, I received a phone message advising that because they had been busy that had not had time to get to my jeans and would not be mending them until later so my pick-update would be the following Monday. I phoned back to say that I wanted them mended ASAP as I intended to wear them that weekend. My message was completely ignored, and my phone call was not returned until the following Tuesday (a day after the proclaimed new pick-up date). When they did call they left a message to say that my jeans would be ready for pick-up on Thursday afternoon. However they also sent a text message to say that they would be ready for pick-up the next day (Wednesday). Just more dishonest and confused messaging. Come Friday, having not heard anything from the store I decided to go in. The attendant seemed surprised when I said I'd been waiting over two weeks to pick up my jeans, saying "that's a long time" - I completely agree. No discount or voucher offered; made to pay full price for really appalling service mending a pair of jeans I wasn't even able to wear to my intended event. Take your business absolutely anywhere else if you're able to.
