  I got my wedding dress cleaned end of September and just received it back. They told me that they will give me a call within the week of my drop off to give me a quote. Almost 3 weeks after that and we havent been given a quote. We had to go there to get a quote as they do not answer their phone. They told us that they will call us when the dress is ready. We waited and nothing. We had to go back there and ask them when it would be ready. They said it would be ready end of the week and they will call us. One week later and nothing. We had to go there again. The dress was ready but they never called us. The quality of the work is ok. They had to cut loose threads from my dress which were not there before. Its clean but the whole process was tiresome. Maybe for normal day to dag clothes they are good but wedding dresses. Nope. Communication needs to be improved.

  My adidas down jacket really needed a good wash, but I was afraid if it loose it shape or puffiness- as I saw what may happen to them with a bad wash. Mall Drycleaning did a dry cleaning for me, and I am so happy with the result.

  I dropped off my wedding dress in April and was told I would receive a call to inform me of the quote, then I could decide if I wanted to go ahead with the cleaning. I heard nothing for months. In September I was called saying they had done the dry-cleaning. I never received a quote and my circumstances had changed so I informed them I didn't want my dress anymore. I was spoken to so rudely, which is disappointing considering it was them that hadn't followed through with a quote. If they had, I would have told them I didn't want it dry-cleaned.

  A great business is measured on not only what is does well, but how it responds if things don't go according to plan. A missing pair of trousers resulted in a great effort by the team there to track down the offending items which were recovered, pressed and returned free of charge! Great service which will keep me coming back.
