::TERRIBLE Customer Service. Why do these people go to all of the work to have a website asking for you to contact them for a quote and have salespeople that don't follow up. I put in a request on-line over a week ago, never heard from them. Then I called them and left a message. Never heard from them. If their curtains and installation are anything like their customer service then I am scared.

::Great curtain range and the staff are friendly but we have had a terrible experience. So far it has taken 5 months and we still don't have the correct curtains installed in our lounge. Very disappointing with about 5 different things going wrong and currently waiting for management to come up with a solution for us (which we have been waiting 2 weeks for)
