  Probably my mistake wanting the ‘perfect’ pizza on a Saturday night, but my ‘Authentic’ NEW YORKER was still raw on the inside, despite having waited 30 minutes longer than the app said. Cheese was still grainy and the dough was still half raw. Hope they will sort this out when I call them tomorrow.

  Two orders in a row took 10-15min longer. I picked up on time and had to wait for them to add the dessert (first time) and then the garlic bread. The pizzas themselves were always finished on time.

  So we ordered our pizza for delivery, and they said it would be 15mins. After 35 mins of waiting, we called to check up on our pizza, but the lady thought it was a prank call and hung up on us. We called again, and turns out they thought we’d asked to pick it up, then they hung up on us. We called a third time and sorted it out, then we had to cancel our order as it was $30 EXTRA for delivery (we live 5 minuets away)! Will not be ordering online again.
