  Bit of a home away from home. Generally based in Brisbane, Australia but have used gyms up and down NZ and Flex Fitness Queenstown would be in my top two. Gyms don't seem to have taken off the same way in NZ as they have other places around the world but Flex Fitness Queenstown has great equipment with good space so if you're traveling I will personally recommend. If you're staying longer periods I would recommend asking more about the options available.

  Keith is the man. Always willing to help. Started my keto diet and Keith always kept me and my mate on track with what we can and can’t do which helped me get some great results! Great atmosphere!

  Love the place, staff is friendly and helpful. The equipment range is awesome so I don't have to "rest"for to long, keeping my workout short.

  The best place to 'check out' mentally & physically. Spacious, inviting & a gym to meet any fitness addicts needs. Plus AllPress coffee, carbonated c4's & post workout shakes....singing in my ears!
