::I bought 2 bedside table, both have paint defects and one has a shorter leg of 1 cm , that I can even fix with putting something under because is one of the front ones. I have paid 400$ each! What do we wait to have IKEA in this country and send this low quality traders that behave as fancy ones out of business ?

::I would like to say their delivery service are really good. purchased a sofa bed, takes only 1 week to arrive. They message me to arrange a delivery time and send to my 1st floor apartment. the door way was a bit narrow, while their staffs are really helpful, tried and lifted the sofabed upstairs for me. Thank you very much indeed!

::Terrible after sales service. We purchased a product from Freedom (Amilie lounge suite and ottoman) in July 2016. A few months after, it developed bad pilling which has made the material look shabby and more like a 5 year old suite, not 1 year. I contacted the Palmerston North branch who were initially helpful, however when we were passed up to their customer service department in Auckland, we have had nothing but apalling service. After contacting their service team in Auckland, it has taken 8 weeks for them to review the problem. I've been messed around and fobbed off so many times. It seems they have a total disregard for the issues we have, and they couldn't care less. Overall, the store team is helpful, but if anything goes wrong with a product, their after sales service will leave you on your own. The product we received was not worth the price tag.

::Possibly the worst after sales service i have ever received. Their store people wouldn't help my wife with loading in bedside tables into our car. She had to do this herself. The items couldn't be put together due to incorrect pieces provided. They make after sales service very hard with forms to fill out / photos etc. Won't shop here again.
