Terrible service and endless excuses about delays of furniture ordered in August. Despite what your web site says there, is not a 2 week delay on order delivery dates - its more like 2 months. Even in a situation beyond your control, little bit of honesty would go a long way

Really disappointed. We ordered entertainment unit and coffee table for our new house on July 2020. We got a phone call today from Star Move and told me that we will get the item delivered today or latest on Wednesday. Isn't it such a short notice for us?We had to wait for last 5 months and Freedom and they never got us exact delivery date and now they are telling us they will send the item to Auckland back if we dont get it by Wednesday? Two month ago the items didnt come in estimated delivery date ,which was on October . Also I never got a phone call for delay notice or excuses. I spent few days for track where it was and infromed that we will get our entertainment unit on December due to Covid 🤨 or we should cancel the item. Freedom blames COVID for late delivery. The truth is being late is understandable. But the customer service and responsibility for their shop customers are something they should fix.

Worst shop and company in the world. Zero service, nothing in stock, constant delays, the wrong colour when delivered, and a broken part. And no one answers the phone. If I ever step foot in that shop ever again it will be... wait... never happening! I wish all the staff the best of luck finding new jobs as they can’t last much longer. It truly is the worst shopping experience and rubbish furniture. Go to the Warehouse for the same quality and better service.

I have been extremely disappointed with my dealings with this company, at every touch point I have been let down. Firstly the couch I ordered was delivered with completely different coloured wood as to what was on display on the shop floor (I noticed it was different online to in-store & called to make sure I was getting what was on the shop floor - I was told I was), it was also delivered with a hole in the couch (the module affected was swapped out). I was told I could swap the hardware from the in-store display couch as my only option - with no recompense. Their online store promotions do not align with in-store prices, products I saw online were not discounted at store level - so had to be manually changed after checking their online price - ALWAYS CHECK PRICES ONLINE WITH THIS COMPANY. I feel sorry for the shop floor staff as the head office policies are not customer focused at all and their teams are not given up to date information about the products stocked. I feel this company do not care about the customer and I will be spending my money elsewhere in future.

Freedom's furniture and homewares are really beautiful, and we have purchased many things from there, but the service is not amazing, and you get messed around so much if you have to purchase things that need to be ordered in. It has been 6 months since we purchased a couch, and we were told we had to collect it. Organised a trailer to pick it up, and then we went there and the couch wasn't even there.. It had been put on a delivery truck to be delivered to our old address.. Hoping we eventually get our couch and then probably won't purchase anything else from Freedom unfortunately.
