  Very poor customer service. Staff member is very aggressive. When we bought it at first they even said "if you are not happy with the product you can return it no question ask?" but when we return the product, they ask a lot of question unproffesionally and have showed a negative gesture. I don't recommend it at all. Think again before you buy from this location.

  Useless...unprofessional and passive aggressive. Very condescending and not only did they mess up my order but when i had to return the order they stuffed up no staff member had approached me for at least 5-10 mins they need good customer service at least to make up for it but all had a serious case of idiot syndrome would never recommend

  THe one place you can get parts from that doesn't answer the phone. Not a happy trade customer.

  Possible staff training issue, but young person here particularly unhelpful .(same person ) on 2 Separate occasions .
