  Staying in managed isolation and this place is great!! Very clean and tidy. Nice rooms that have good amenities. The 'staff' has been very friendly. We are enjoying the views of the city and will look forward to me day getting outside so we can visit it up close. We have conjoined rooms and being able to shut the door on the other room of children has been great. This place is so good we actually plan to spend our first 2 weeks of our return to nz here. Forget touring around. This is the place to be.

  Great hotel. What it lacks in location it makes up in everything else. Awesome rooms and facilities and very delicious food!

  I am not sure why this is a 5 star hotel. The rooms are not nicer than at other hotels (I was in a King Deluxe room), the location is not very central and many other hotels in Welly have a way better price... When I go to a hotel I want to be able to sleep... so I asked for quiet room. I was put next to the elevator which I heard through 2 nights in a row...

  Stayed while attending an event at the Opera House. We were greeted warmly by a lovely girl at the reception desk. We had booked a one bedroom but were upgraded to a two bedroom suite. Lovely surprise and relaxing stay. Would return and recommend!

  This place has been tarted up and it's lovely. The king size bed is to die for, soooo comfy. Nice big TV and a good shower. Nice and quiet too on the Terrace. Would recommend
