  It's a 5 star from me.. a very clean and quiet hotel. Even though close to the police station, you barely hear the sirens. The beds are very comfy and amenities very great. The food is very delicious too. Great location because you are right in the heart of Auckjand. Very amazing... worth staying here ..

  Wonderful place. Rooms are well fitted out view from 10th floor was great too. Staff are very good. Nice little gym and pool. . Can't go wrong.

  Absolutely love staying here! Staff are very helpful and welcoming. Would recommend upgrading to a club room for all the extra benefits. Great handy location to walk to queen street. We also got an upgrade to a fabulous Jr suite which was also fantastic

  The location is great for CBD, here you can have very nice view to the Sky Tower if you stay on top floors. The room is big and well decorated. The staff is very friendly, helpful and extremely professional. They have a club offer that give you lots of benefit, include free parking and access to the members club on the terrace where every evening free wine, beers or drinks are served. The parking space connected to the hotel and with easy access to the lobby. Highly recommend

  Everything was good. Our reception, drinks in the atrium bar and a fabulous meal and great service in brasserie - - BUT . When it came time to leave the parking building, my parking ticket wouldn't validate and the concierge screwed it up and said he would look out for us on the monitor and let us out. No action. Back up to the concierge. Some one different. Same story. Back to the car. Nothing. Up again. Waiting waiting . Someone new. Came down and let us out. 25 minutes had elapsed. All good will on my part gone. Missed important business appointment. Rubbish service!!
