  I started training with Mish McCormack because I was unhappy with my weight and my overall levels of energy. Over the previous 6 years, I'd put my focus into my business and had basically abandoned exercise other than the odd walk here and there. From the first consultation I had with Mish, I could tell that she was a truly special and genuine person and that she really cared about helping me move toward realistic health and weight loss goals. Her sessions and advice are straightforward, there's no BS or gimmicks and she'll have you laughing so hard you almost forget about how hard you're working!

  Yoga with Megan Setty - Tuesday and Thursday (12.30pm - 1.15pm) is a highlight in my week at Healthfit Collective. A small class of friendly, similar minded, varied ability attendees that feel like a family. The smooth rhythm and pace taught by Megan has had a huge impact on my balance, flexibility (very limited prior) and overall sense of well being. It is relaxing and sometimes personally challenging but there is always an underlying feeling of fun that creates a very special experience.
