  Absolutely love this gym! I started here as a complete newbie and attended 3/4 times a week for over a year, I just couldn't get enough! I was so sad when I left as Jai had become part of my living experience in Wellington. The teachers were so kind yet professional, they would motivate and push you to your potential, and help to reveal the strength and endurance you didn't think your body would have. As well as making a few jokes here and there during class, and not forgetting their beautiful singing, and genuine passion for Muay Thai. I also made some great friends here as the majority are pretty much like-minded people, definitely emanated a family feel atmosphere (once you pushed past the beginning intimidating stage which doesn't last for very long). Wishing Jai all the best and thank you for an amazing experience!

  Can't speak highly enough about this place - top class international trainers, fun but challenging classes, family-like atmosphere, awesome facilities and even an occasional free thai desert :) I have first visited Jai a few years ago and have not thought about another gym since! Тренируюсь здесь уже несколько лет - самый лучший центр тайского бокса в Веллингтоне и Окленде подходящий как и опытным бойцам так и людям с абсолютно нулевым опытом, очень рекомендую!

  I cant say good enough things about Jai. My first comment would be that it is a gym with a great sense of community and friendliness- the trainers are especially welcoming to new members and there is no better place to start learning. But on the other hand, the trainers are all top level fighters and are handpicked from their gyms in Thailand. Chosen for their ability to teach- they are inspiring, fun characters that will give you very technical instruction that you wont get elsewhere. The facilities are modern and everything you expect from a central city gym. No cold showers and bare concrete floors here- you have to travel to Thailand for that experience. Thanks Jai for the great memories and getting my Muay Thai journey begun.

  Jai has transformed me from an overweight, geeky and lonely science graduate full of self-doubt into a fit, strong, fast and confident professional with many strong, reliable friendships. The Jai trainers are friendly, lovely people who pushed me hard, taught me amazing fighting moves that I had always dreamed of learning, encouraged me to step outside my comfort zone into sparring and fighting and supported me every step of the way. Training at Jai has been a life changing experience that I will be forever grateful for & I can't recommend it enough
