  Crazy intense workout. Instructors were very helpful and adjusted workouts to our level. The most I've ever sweat.

  Really love this studio, it's so spacious compared to other F45 studios. Also, the trainers are always full of energy and that's great for helping get through the classes. A real team environment which is great, worth the cost!

  Love F45 Courtney! I started as one of the original Foundation Members and I have never met such a friendly bunch of people. Matt the owner is very hands on in every way with the club and motivates us to participate in out of the gym healthy activities as a group. The other trainers are great at pushing you that little bit harder when you need it and correcting technique. Highly recommend F45 Courtney as your new gym of choice or to visit if you are travelling through for a few classes.

  Class was ok but not personable.. they knew I was from Tauranga so let me do my thing. I left my water bottle there which was a brand new Tupperware bottle. I emailed a few times to ask if they could courier to me... no answer.. I emailed again said I'd pay for courier... no answer. I turned up 3 weeks later pretty much told who cares hes busy and didn't know where it was. Although he was doing a class I got no other option of him calling me back. I have friends from f45 tauranga who travel to Wellington to work and have emailed to ask if they could pay and come... still haven't heard from you... not cool... wouldn't recommend our of towners ever to visit.
