::Great place to stay! The owner is friendly and great to deal with and prices are good. Facilities are clean, as is the camp ground itself. Nice and quiet too. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back and will be recommending to others!

::Fabulous location with the sound of the river a perfect accompaniment. Beautiful bush adjacent with great walking track. The kids ❤❤❤'d the ride on mower and the rest of the play ground. Only 45 min easy walk to Forsyth Barr Stadium (we went to Ed Sheeran) much better to walk than be caught in traffic.

::Good value for money. Great BBQ area at no extra charge. Nice staff. Easy walk to beach. Downside No storage space for your clothes they cram the room with as many beds as they can. TV up near ceiling. No remote. TV came out of the Ark. Wi fi rubbish keeps cutting out.

::Staff members are friendly and helpful. If you like to see glow worms, make sure you ask the staff members about them on your arrival - it's nearby, but as you can't use lights and have to be at night, it's better to familiarise the route ahead of time. Kitchen are well equipped, as well as the entertainment and dining area. Shower & toilet although has been modernised, the number are very-very limited. During holiday season the queue can be ridiculously long. Also be aware that when they say cabin, it actually IS a cabin.
