  Have stayed here before, decent rooms that are close to city centre. Sadly, the staff here don’t seem to know the meaning of wheelchair accessible. We had a unit booked and arrived only to struggle to get through the doorway due to its location in the corner next to the stairwell, and couldn’t get the wheelchair through the bathroom door. Almost fell out of the chair trying to get back out of the unit. If you need an accessible unit, look elsewhere.

  Good location and price. Very hot though so missed air-conditioning. A bit noisy but OK.

  Good position close to basin reserve and courtney place. Parking. Nice clean and comfortable. Very noisy though being downstairs. Clearly no insulation, people above walking around, talking and snoring! A real pain. Upstairs next time.

  Had a wonderful stay. We booked in for 2 days as we were on a road trip all the way from Auckland . Very close to the city centre and pretty much has all you need for a nice comfortable stay . The manager was extremely friendly and hardworking as I saw her juggling multiples tasks at once . Enjoyed our stay . (Family of 3 . Hubby myself and our 4 year old) . Thanks!
