  Won't be back and wouldnt recommend! I stayed 3 nights for work. My room wasn't ready until 3pm. Carpet was filthy, stained and hadn't been vacuumed - food scraps and hair. I coveted the couch with bed linen to hide stains and hair. The room was stuffy and no air con working. Reported to receptionist who didn't seem interested and told me they were very busy that day, housekeeping were flat out and would clean it the next day for me. Corridors stink and dodgy characters hanging around carpark in the evenings made it feel unsafe as well.

  I would not recommend staying here. The apartment needed a serious deep clean. The space and bedrooms were much smaller than depicted.

  I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.. for a person who doesnt get to Auckland to often this place was great.. i enjoyed the night views the lights the smells of food wafting up from around Manukau.. our room was clean and we had amazing sliding doors out to the balcony..

  Service from staff was excellent, location was great. However ..... The Room itself was well below average. The carpets were worn and stained. There were marks on the wall, stains on the furniture and beds were very uncomfortable. Their idea of air conditioning was to hang a tube out the window and turn the machine on. One of the switches to the power plug flicked off when we turned it in which made it unusable. I paid for a park and in return to the apartment someone had parked in my allocated paid parking so had to spend time sorting that issue late at night. Would not go back there again. Was over priced for the quality of the accommodation received.

  unclean, no air con or windows to open, unclean and cheap appliances. cheap lights which did not suite decor and some did not work. internet was hard to connect not clear cut. check in and out times should be more flexible. not clear explanation of how lift works when checking in. sink was not big enough to wash oven tray in. milk sachets in fridge were off. cups too small to make decent hot beverage size in. furniture stained and bins too small. Dining table wobbled and tilted to one side when eating. carpet was filthy.
