  Stayed here a few times for business and pleasure (separately). Friendly and welcoming staff. Very well appointed and modern rooms. Love the rain showers here! Plenty of on-site parking. Would recommend the bar for a quiet drink after a long day.

  Haven't stayed here, but dined on occasion. The guys is amazing. Had a really render lamb rump followed by a chocolate ball desert... My mouth is still watering remembering it

  I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in New Plymouth. The rooms have been extensively renovated, the main lobby and reception is beautifully decorated, and the hotel has a range of facilities and services, especially to suit if you're travelling for work/business. The main restaurant offers a fantastic buffet breakfast, also great batista made coffee. Will be back

  First of all, amazing customer service! We had an error in our bookings and a crying baby in our group but the staffs handled it professionally. Great location with many covered carpark, close to supermarkets and restaurants. Comfy rooms, clean, tidy and nice housekeeping. Highly recommended!
