  (It used to be called as Accomodation on Bell) Now this is a place not for long term stayers. I have lived in this place for two years. The first year was ok. But on the second year, as soon as there was a change in manager, he pretty much changed the whole place up side down. The internet service sucks big time. (No support what so ever) if there is an outage, you have to go to the managers office to let him know that the internet isn't working and ohh, he is not always there in his office. So you gotta wait until he shows up. There are so many things I can say but hey this is the big one, he is verrrrry rude especially to brown people. I couldn't comment on about short stayers (a week or a day). May be its a different story. But if you are coming to New Plymouth and probably studying and looking for place to stay. Then this place will be the last one I will recommend. So if you are black/brown and looking for a long term stay, then stay the hell away from this place. Thanks.
