  Special place with a great secluded feel in the pools. They were exceptionally clean and the perfect temperature to loosen up for an amazing massage. Definitely stop by to recharge

  Very friendly staff. Hot pool with an amazing view. The deep tissue massage was so good. Really enjoyed myself very much

  Best in NZ hands down. Courtesy pick up van, nicest and very professional staff. Hot pools themselves are the perfect temperature and the view is amazing. Definitely worth it.

  Best experience we ever have. I booked it to surprise my husband and he loved it (we both loved it). From friendly staffs, location. From the beginning till the end. Amazing! Would recommend for everyone who visits Queenstown to check it out. And best massage we ever had too!

  Onsen is a special place. I brought a group and we took 4 of the pools. The staff was ready for us when we arrived, efficient in getting us into the rooms, and the group had a wonderful experience. The snack items are fine, but the room itself, with an incredible view and relaxing soak is worth the effort of getting to the spa and the cost of the experience. Give them a try - you'll be glad you did. Of particular note, the tea selection is out of this world. It's great and not to be missed.
