::Onsen is a special place. I brought a group and we took 4 of the pools. The staff was ready for us when we arrived, efficient in getting us into the rooms, and the group had a wonderful experience. The snack items are fine, but the room itself, with an incredible view and relaxing soak is worth the effort of getting to the spa and the cost of the experience. Give them a try - you'll be glad you did. Of particular note, the tea selection is out of this world. It's great and not to be missed.
