  It is like a typical small restaurant in China: small place, friendly owner, affordable price and good taste (although not superb). Good place for a casual dinner.

  My Chinese friends took me here for a lunch. I did not had any idea what to order but I asked the server and they were helpful. Almost all the menu is around $15-17 Good spicy Chinese food loved it!! Definitely a good place to take out and dine in (not anything fancy though) Overall very satisfying experience

  I have been eating at Orange House at least 3 to 4 times a month for the past 3 years. It continues to be one of my go to spots when looking to grab a decent, quick and tasty meal Small and cosy dining area, can get very busy during lunch and dinner peak times. Menu is fantastic, huge selection and very well presented. Value for money is fantastic, service is friendly and welcoming. By far the best (authentic) Chinese restaurant I’ve been to in Christchurch. Many thanks to OH, you have a customer for life!

  I’ve been eating here for a long time and I always feel happy. I like spicy food here, the food is cheap and good quality. It’s not only a take away, but also we can eat here. Service is quite good and food is always quick so I’m never disappointed when I eat here.
